What is the return policy?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the withdrawal form on our dedicated Returns and Exchanges page or via your customer account.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will process it as soon as possible and send you a confirmation email containing the return instructions.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Standard delivery usually takes around 2-3 business days in Europe. Please note that due to overwhelming demand and deviations caused by the shipping service provider, the delivery times can be longer and orders may arrive later than usual. If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
What is your payment security?

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa and MasterCard.
What are the payments methods available?

Currently, we accept all credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify native payment gateway Shop Pay.
When will your product be back in stock?

Products are stocked up on a regular basis. If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to message us. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock.

Our products are designed and manufactured in Europe. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality.
