What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
If you wish to return the items, please contact us by visiting our Contact Us page stating your reason for return and your order number. One of our representatives from customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.
We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, including all labels and packaging. Please kindly note that returns are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to process your return.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee helps us cover the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking returned items. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs plus a restocking fee.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Standard delivery usually takes around 2-3 business days in Europe. Please note that due to overwhelming demand and deviations caused by the shipping service provider, the delivery times can be longer and orders may arrive later than usual. If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details
What is your payment security?
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa and MasterCard.

When will your product be back in stock?
Products are stocked up on a regular basis. If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock!

Our products are manufactured in Europe. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality.
