We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Due to overwhelming demand, some orders may experience delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer worldwide shipping. By applying a flat rate to orders, we are able to keep the costs for you as low as possible. The table below is an overview of all shipping costs. Please see shipping cost at the checkout.
CUSTOM DUTIES
For shipping to non-EU countries such as Switzerland, the UK, Iceland etc., possible fees such as customs clearance, import duties and other costs at your country's borders may incur. We are legally obligated to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice should they require it. Customs and import procedures are beyond the control of our company and is therefore NOT responsible for any possible additional costs or delays.
All our international customers are responsible for customs and import duty fees in their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office in your country.

VERIFICATION – PROCESSING – SHIPPING – DELIVERY
VERIFICATION
In order to process your order. We have to verify your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is authorised and verified. We will then immediately begin processing your order.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order.
Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes 2-7 business days to arrive from the date that it is placed.
* Please contact us by visiting our Contact Us page within 30 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. It can also take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
