Our materials

We use various types of wool in our products such as merino, cashmere, alpaca, camel, and mohair - these are materials that are characterized by softness, warmth and ultimate sophistication.

However, each of these types of wool has its own properties and origins. All of them make them unique and make them stand out in their own unique way.

MERINO WOOL

Merino wool comes from merino sheep, which are bred mainly in Australia and New Zealand. This material is valued for its delicacy and elasticity.

Merino fibers are much thinner than the wool of other sheep, which makes products made of this material soft to the touch. Merino wool is very elastic, which is why products made from merino retain their shape and fit the body perfectly for years.

CASHMERE

Cashmere is one of the most valued varieties of wool in the world. It comes from cashmere goats, which inhabit areas of South Asia, mainly Kashmir in India, Mongolia and Tibet.

Cashmere wool is known for its extraordinary softness and delicacy. It is warm, but at the same time not heavy. Thanks to this, cashmere products are comfortable and sophisticated. This material is very durable and long-lasting.

ALPACA

This wool comes from alpacas living in the mountainous areas of South America. It is a material that combines warmth, durability, and softness. Alpaca wool is one of the warmest materials. It acts as a natural insulation, protecting against the cold, and at the same time is light and flexible.

This material is extremely durable, so products made of it retain their shape and quality for many years of wear. Alpaca is very durable and more resistant to abrasion. It has one unique property: because alpaca fibers are not covered with lanolin (a natural fat that protects wool), it is considered hypoallergenic. This type of yarn is therefore recommended for pets and people with allergies to sheep's wool.

CAMEL

Camel wool is a material produced from the undercoat of two-humped camels Bactrians, which inhabit the Asian steppes. The bottom layer of the fleece with the best thermal parameters, the so-called baby camel, is used for products. Individual hairs in the camel undercoat have a diameter of about 18 microns, which affects their lightness and softness.

MOHAIR

Mohair is a material derived from the wool of Angora goats. The place of origin of this species of goat is said to be Tibet, where this delicate wool was obtained for a long time. Mohair fibers are extremely soft to the touch and at the same time extremely strong, they are curly, long and have a characteristic silky shine that gives the fabrics an elegant character.
